	May 25, 2011 Rosenberger of North America, LLC and TOTH Technologies form Joint Venture Akron, PA. -- Rosenberger of North America, LLC (Akron, PA) and Toth Technologies (Pennsauken, NJ) have formed a Strategic Alliance. Under the agreement, Toth will do business as Rosenberger TOTH and will operate from TOTH's Pennsauken, NJ headquarters. Founded in 1948, TOTH Technologies is a technology leader in custom machining, complex electromechanical "contract assembly" and hermetics to the military, aerospace and instrumentation markets. 	May 18, 2010 ROSENBERGER ACQUIRES CDS DATACOMM LANCASTER, PA. -- Rosenberger Hochrfrequenztechnik, GmbH & Co KG, Tittmoning Germany has acquired CDS DataComm of Plano, TX. The newly acquired company will be called Rosenberger CDS, LLC and will continue to operate with its current management and staff in its Plano, TX facility. Details of the transaction were not disclosed. Rosenberger CDS, LLC is a leading manufacturer of fiber optic cable assemblies, patch cords and harnesses as well as complex copper and hybrid cable assemblies for the telecommunications, industrial and mil aero markets. The company will become part of Rosenberger’s North American Group which includes Rosenberger of North America, LLC, Lancaster, PA (coaxial connectors, cable assemblies and related microwave devices) and Rosenberger Site Solutions, LLC, Lake Charles, LA (infrastructure products for the cellular transmission market).
